|Recommended: YesI've lived at Peppertree for a little under two years while working on my Bachelor degree at the University of Oklahoma. These were the nicest apartments by far Peppertree apartments were older but remodeled. If I had a maintenance request, the maintenance personnel were quick to respond Peppertree has your own covered carport You're not sharing a carport with your neighbor. This is a plus with the severe storms in this area. Quick access by vehicle to the campus. Nice, quiet neighborhood to do my studies. If I stayed in Norman after graduation, I would've stayed at Peppertree

|Recommended: YesEverything is great — By far, everything is great. The pricing is a litt harsh for two university students, but besides that, almost everything is perfect.
Lately, I've been submitting two work orders. The first one went great. For the second one, two people came into my house. When I asked them to put off their shoes, one of them agree to do that, the other yelled back at me i came here to take a look and something more that I couldn't hear clearly . I should emphasize that he yelled, with a loud voice. He was rude, and I don't want this to happen again.
I don't know where to submit this kind of complain other than this way. Besides this, everything else is great.
|Recommended: YesClean and well maintained apartments — Everyone here has been so nice and professional. Anytime I call for maintenance, they come quickly and fix any issue efficiently. It’s a quiet place to live as well. Apartments could be updated inside a bit more, but overall a really nice place to be.

|Recommended: YesVery happy, and staff are all nice — I am very happy with the amount of help, and patience the staff all around have. Moving in was easy, the buildings are all very nice. I do wish i could turn my patio light off, and that the lawns were a little more up kept. Neighbors are all very respectful and quiet. I defiantly see myself here for some time.
