|Recommended: YesVery Pleased. — The open concept of the 1 bedroom flat is awesome. The apartment is perfect for a single person or couple just starting out. The property is very well kept buildings and landscape . Covered 2 car parking most complexes don t have. Maintenance work orders very prompt. I have lived here for 6 Months. Quiet Community NICE

|Recommended: YesBest quality to cost ratio I have ever seen — I cannot believe how nice the apartments are, ESPECIALLY, for the price. I think part of what helps keep costs down is not allowing smoking or pets. I personally do not want to live in a place where there has ever been either of those things happening in my apartment so I am happy about those rules. More generally though, all of the properties that this company owns are always simultaneously well maintained and reasonably priced. They are also friendly which is a big plus.
