|Recommended: YesGood apartment at a decent price. — Been here eleven years. Provides all I need. Rent goes up and down but always affordable. When ever a problem occurs the maintenance always fixes it. So far, no complaints.

|Recommended: YesTop Notch Rental Property — Pepper Tree has the friendliest staff and best maintenance crew I have experienced in my lifetime of living in properties. Doesn't feel like living in an apartment but like a small house. Covered parking and washer dryer in unit add to the experience. I Highly recommend this community to anyone seeking a nice secure place to live.

|Recommended: YesLike It Here — I've enjoyed living here for the past two years. With a three minute drive to campus, washer dryer options, no-issue parking, you really can't beat the price.
The staff has always been super friendly and available when I have ever had questions.

|Recommended: YesPeppertree Patio Homes - Do I like it — Short answer....yes Peppertree Patio Homes is a nice community of renters that in my experience so far have shown good neighborly qualities. As for the overall staff I have no complaints. The maintenance crew are fast and respectful, in and out. For my particular apartment I've only used the service once in 3 years for a breaker problem. I'd highly recommend these apartments for the student or bachelor as they are small 610 sqf , but very comfortable.

|Recommended: YesGood place to live — Quiet, clean, well maintained, and nice place to live. I have never had a reported issue that was not taken care of swiftly. I like that they do quarterly filter changes, pest control no issues with pests , and general maintenance inspections with 1 business day or more advance notice via email. Rent reminders a week in advance are nice too. Staff members have always been very pleasant and helpful to me.

|Recommended: YesGreat — This complex is great It’s clean, the management is amazing, and maintenance requests get taken care of quickly. My upstairs neighbors are a little loud, but I know when we talk to the apartment about it, they’ll help us out.
